Bolsover & District Cycling Club is a large cycling club based in Bolsover, we have over 200 active members and take part in events across a wide range of cycling disciplines including road riding, TT, hill climbs, cyclocross, mountain biking and track as well as others!

Jul 6 Wed 2022 The Wednesday Shifters, Retirees & Slackers road ride leaves from The Pillar at 09:30 AM. The pace will adjust to suit those turning up. We usually have a café stop along the way. Please be self sufficient with pump, tubes, etc. and post on the B&DCC Facebook group page if intending to join. This week’s route will be announced on our Facebook group and can be downloaded from our Shifters, Retirees & Slackers route page. This is an automated repeat calendar event – please check the Facebook group page to ensure the ride is going ahead this week. Jul 8 Fri 2022 Go Ride is suitable for all children riding pedal bikes, ideally with gears, and with two working brakes. The skills young riders will learn are generic across all of cycling’s varied and fun disciplines and will develop a young rider’s confidence and overall cycling ability. Our Go Ride coaches will be providing sessions suitable for all levels of rider ability. In addition to our coaching sessions, we offer family rides on traffic-free, off-road routes suitable for kids and parents throughout the year. It’s a red graded ride so should average around 14-15mph on this route. This Saturdays Sparrowfart will be a red pace ride averaging 15/16mph.
