Cycle speedway session at the Graves Tennis & Leisure Centre on Wednesday 12 May from 6pm

What you will need:

• Basically, you need to be covered from the neck down including full-finger gloves, full length training tights or tracksuit bottoms and long sleeved jersey. I would also recommend that if you have any elbow and knee armour such as tubigrip or BMX pads, you wear these too!
• Flat shoes – old trainers are perfect. There are NO cleats on CS bikes – just a flat pedal
• Helmets and full finger gloves are provided but you might like to wear your own
• Bike “hire” is included. Any ages catered for from balanceability to very old.
• I would NOT recommend any “Sunday best” clothing!
• The Sheffield club is checking availability (assume that the toilets will be available but not the showers and changing rooms) so bring a change of clothing especially if the weather is bad
• Don’t panic about the dark. The track is floodlit.
• £3.00 per person (shouldn’t be any more than this)
